Based on Gardner print outs about the global machinery manufacturer top listed has been decline down behind 60 from the top list, which reflects badly as it diminishes the size scale of local firms in Taiwan, which is a disadvantages in long run to compete with Europe & America group large scale of companies firm, in which SEYI amongst the 7 companies has accepted 3 years guidance counseling toward the trend improvement as mentioned above for the benefit to get in the International market competition.

SEYI’s launched the concept TOC ( Theory of Constraints) in applying to the concept of working operation by determining the main caused of the problem and possible problem solving solution by raising question & thorough discussion, identifying the problem and applying TOC technical concept in handling the stock and production control system. For the second stage is focusing to the production , supply & marketing control planning improve production capability to accomplish 75% in meeting the delivery time within 30 days in accepting order as our basic sales target principles.

Also, at EMO Machine Tools exhibition will implement this program as part of promotion and shall be applied to the rest of local Taiwanese firms of manufacturer in for the benefit of management operation.
